Runway Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Runway, a service operated by Eisenlabs LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account.
Planning tool—not financial advice
Runway provides educational calculations and organizational tools. It is not a bank, lender, credit counselor, financial adviser, law firm, tax adviser, or investment adviser. Outputs are estimates, not guarantees. You remain responsible for verifying lender statements, contractual terms, payment instructions, tax consequences, and financial decisions.
Calculation and AI limitations
Payoff estimates depend on the information you enter and stated assumptions. Actual lender interest, fees, rounding, variable rates, penalties, or payment processing may differ. Copilot may misunderstand information or produce inaccurate suggestions. Do not rely on Copilot as the sole basis for a financial decision.
Free trial and lifetime purchase
Runway offers one plan: a seven-day free trial, followed by a one-time purchase for lifetime access to all Runway features, including Copilot and cloud sync. The trial starts when your account is created. Existing unpaid accounts receive a seven-day transition trial starting September 14, 2026 at 01:00 UTC. No payment is required to start the trial and no charge occurs automatically when it ends. After the trial, confirm a one-time purchase to continue using the paid features. Your saved plan, account settings, and data export remain available. Before you confirm, checkout displays the localized price and applicable taxes. The US base price is $29.99.
Web purchases use Stripe, iOS purchases use Apple's App Store, and Android purchases use Google Play. Purchases are associated with your Runway account. One-time purchases do not renew. Refund eligibility is governed by the purchasing platform and applicable law; a refund or revocation may end lifetime access.
Existing subscriptions
New monthly and annual subscriptions are no longer offered. Existing subscription access continues under its original terms until canceled or expired. Manage or cancel an existing subscription through its original billing provider: Manage billing in Runway for Stripe, or the applicable app store. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges; cancellation ordinarily preserves access through the current trial or paid period. Existing lifetime purchases now include all Runway features.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Runway, probe or disrupt its security, access another person’s account, automate abusive requests, submit unlawful content, reverse engineer protected service components, or use the service to make decisions for others while misrepresenting Runway as professional advice.
Your information
You retain ownership of information you enter. You authorize Runway and its service providers to process it as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated reasonably before they take effect when practicable.
Disclaimers
Runway is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly provided, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Runway and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or financial losses arising from decisions made using estimates or AI output. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
