Runway Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Runway, a service operated by Eisenlabs LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account.

Planning tool—not financial advice

Runway provides educational calculations and organizational tools. It is not a bank, lender, credit counselor, financial adviser, law firm, tax adviser, or investment adviser. Outputs are estimates, not guarantees. You remain responsible for verifying lender statements, contractual terms, payment instructions, tax consequences, and financial decisions.

Calculation and AI limitations

Payoff estimates depend on the information you enter and stated assumptions. Actual lender interest, fees, rounding, variable rates, penalties, or payment processing may differ. Copilot may misunderstand information or produce inaccurate suggestions. Do not rely on Copilot as the sole basis for a financial decision.

Subscriptions, trials, and automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the monthly or annual billing period you select until canceled. Before you subscribe, Checkout displays the price, billing interval, trial terms, renewal terms, and cancellation method. If you receive a seven-day trial, the displayed recurring charge begins when the trial ends unless you cancel first. By affirmatively accepting the subscription in Checkout, you authorize the recurring charges shown there.

Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe and can be canceled online through Manage billing in Runway. Android subscriptions purchased in the Play-distributed app are billed and managed through Google Play. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges; cancellation ordinarily preserves access through the current trial or paid period. Runway or the applicable billing platform will send confirmations and notices required by applicable law. Refund eligibility is governed by the purchasing platform and applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Runway, probe or disrupt its security, access another person’s account, automate abusive requests, submit unlawful content, reverse engineer protected service components, or use the service to make decisions for others while misrepresenting Runway as professional advice.

Your information

You retain ownership of information you enter. You authorize Runway and its service providers to process it as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated reasonably before they take effect when practicable.

Disclaimers

Runway is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly provided, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Runway and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or financial losses arising from decisions made using estimates or AI output. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
