Delete your Runway account
Runway is operated by Eisenlabs LLC. You can permanently delete your login and associated cloud plan from any browser, even if you have removed the Android app.
Delete online
- Open the secure deletion link below and sign in to the Runway account you want removed.
- Runway will open Account & Sync. Download your data first if you may need it.
- Select Delete account and enter DELETE to confirm.
What is deleted
Your authentication account, workspaces, debts, income, expenses, payment history, feedback tied to the account, and Runway billing record are deleted. If an active subscription must be canceled first, Runway will explain that in the deletion flow. Limited records may be retained only when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, tax, legal, or dispute obligations.
Cannot sign in?
Email support@eisenlabs.io from the address associated with the account. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
Deleting a Runway account is permanent and cannot be undone.
